Following successful completion of the initial probationary period, the role offers predominantly home-based working, with just 4 days per month required at the company''s Head Office on the outskirts of Chelmsford or at a local branch. The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing maintenance, property compliance and day-to-day issues across a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords. You will act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently while keeping all parties informed throughout the process.
