The hours of work will be 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, along with biweekly on call rotation duties. The salary offered is 65,000 per annum. You''ll be responsible for the Engineering Department and leading a team of Multi Skilled Engineers and so we are looking for someone who has a proven track record as an Engineering Manager as well as being a qualified Engineer with time-served experience, Key Tasks:- Line management of a team of multi skilled engineers PPM and reactive maintenance schedule management Budget responsibility for the engineering department KPI metrics and analysis Continuous improvement and compliance management Health and safety management of the department Role Requirements:- Experienced Engineering Manager Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience FMCG automated warehouse experience Ability to produce and present KPI reports and performance metrics Please note, own transport will be required due to the remote location of the site.
