We''re working with a Construction Contractor that are seeking a Mechanical biased Building Services Project Engineer/ Project Manager, who is ready for the next step, to work with the Head of Technical Services.-
The company deliver Commercial office Construction Projects across Berks, Surrey, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Wilts, Bucks & Northants
Clients span the Motorsport , Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Pharma and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from -1million up to -15 million.
Based out of the company office near Maidenhead- & on sites, you will be working on a range of M&E packages within several Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects from pre-construction phase.-
Mechanical Packages could include HVAC, Chillers, Ductwork, Pipework, Plant Rooms, Hot & Cold Water Supplies etc.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience managing M&E Packages on High End Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build Commercial Office Projects in the UK . They will have worked for a Tier One Contractor or specialist M&E Subcontractor.
The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between -75k85k plus electric car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus.
