They are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Electrician''s Mate to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on large-scale marine-rated equipment.Working closely with qualified Electricians, the successful candidate will help ensure all electrical activities comply with relevant industry standards, certification requirements, and the practical realities of operating in demanding offshore conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Installation and AssemblyAssist in the installation and wiring of electrical components on new build cranes, including motors, control panels, sensors, lighting, and power distribution systems.Support cable pulling, routing, termination, and testing activities under supervision.Prepare and assemble electrical enclosures, junction boxes, etc according to engineering drawings.Maintenance and RepairAssist in troubleshooting electrical faults, system failures, and equipment malfunctions.Perform basic repairs and component replacements under the direction of qualified Electricians.Support scheduled preventive maintenance tasksTesting and CommissioningAid in the functional testing of electrical ..... full job details .....
