A highly successful global asset management firm is looking to hire an equity analyst to join their top performing long-only global equity team.In this role, you will assist the Portfolio Managers with detailed analysis of a number of stocks and provide investment ideas for the global equity fund.Key responsibilities:Make investment recommendations through detailed company research, financial modelling and meeting with company management.Constantly monitor existing holdings; examining periodic results releases, meeting companies, attending site visits.Develop own financial models, at the same time having a strong practical and conceptual understanding of valuation frameworks.Assist the lead Portfolio Manager in the day-to-day running of portfolios.Experience and Qualifications:At least 3-5 years’ equity research experience at a buy-side or sell-side institution.Solid understanding of business model drivers and tail risks.CFA Charterholder or currently working towards CFA qualification.Ability to work in a collegiate team environment and have a sense of humility.Able to continually learn, improve and manage own investment mistakes and frustrations.Passion for investing.Apply for this job#J-18808-Ljbffr
