Service Manager - Anti-Social BehaviourClient: London Borough of HillingdonLocation: Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UWRate: 400- 450 per dayContract: Temporary until 31 January 2027Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmWorking arrangement: Technically hybrid, but primarily office-basedDBS: Basic DBS requiredDriving: Required as part of the role; company vehicle providedAbout the roleWe are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across a borough-wide Anti-Social Behaviour and associated enforcement service.This is a senior, hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can quickly take ownership of the service, support operational teams and ensure that ASB prevention, investigation and enforcement activity is delivered effectively.Although the role is technically hybrid, the successful candidate must be willing to work from the Uxbridge office more often than not. Being visible, accessible and present on the floor is considered essential to providing the team with effective day-to-day leadership and support.Key responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Council''s ASB and associated enforcement functions.
