Your new company We are currently recruiting for a leading Mechanical and Electrical services provider with reach across Great Britain, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland. The Permanent Full-Time Plumber will join the Facilities Management team at a large hospital site in Belfast. This is a static-site position, meaning all work will be carried out at one hospital location with no requirement to travel between sites.The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems throughout the hospital, ensuring critical services remain operational and compliant within a busy healthcare environment.Your new role Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems and equipment.Diagnose and repair faults on hot and cold water systems.Maintain and repair sanitary ware, pipework, valves, pumps, and drainage systems.Undertake reactive maintenance in response to service requests.Assist with plumbing installations and minor project work.Support compliance with statutory regulations and healthcare maintenance standards.Complete maintenance records, work orders, and reports accurately.Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety policies.Liaise professionally with hospital staff, contractors, and colleagues.Essential CriteriaNVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing (or equivalent recognised qualification).Previous experience in a commercial, industrial, healthcare, ..... full job details .....
