Compliance Administrator Salary: £26,000Location: BasingstokeMy client, a leading law firm, is recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join their recently established Onboarding and Compliance team, created in response to continued and steady growth of the firm. Key Responsibilities:Support the client onboarding process by gathering, reviewing, and recording identification and verification documents in line with AML regulations.Carry out initial and ongoing client due diligence checks using electronic verification systems and open-source research.Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, ensuring all documentation is filed in accordance with data protection requirements.Monitor shared inboxes and respond to compliance queries or escalate them where necessary.Assist in tracking training attendance and compliance with internal policies across the firm.Help to prepare documentation for internal audits or regulatory inspections.Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, templates, and guidance materials.Provide general administrative support to the Compliance and Risk team, including scheduling meetings, minute-taking, and updating logs/registers.Stay informed on compliance updates and help circulate relevant regulatory changes or firm policies internally.Person Specification:Previous administrative experience, ideally within a professional service or legal environment.Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Strong ..... full job details .....
