We are looking for a

Cyber Security Officer

to help shape and secure the future of our technology landscape. This is a hands-on role where you\u2019ll lead the implementation of cyber security frameworks across people, processes, and technology—ensuring our systems and data remain protected in an ever-evolving digital environment.What You\u2019ll Be Doing

Operate and enhance cyber security tools and processes.Lead incident response activities and simulations.Oversee outsourced SOC teams and cyber security partners.Facilitate audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments.Drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.Review and update policies and standards in line with best practices.Provide cyber security expertise to support transformational change.Deliver clear, actionable reporting aligned to business KPIs.What You\u2019ll Need

Strong technical skills in cyber security, including areas like identity and access management, risk management, network security, and security operations.Ability to lead and influence across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, Cyber Essentials, and NIST CSF.Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.Organised, self-driven, and confident in driving change independently.What You\u2019ll Get
