This well-regarded practice is seeking a Practice Nurse who can utilise their skillset in Chronic Conditions to offer an exceptional level care to patients. As well as a lovely working environment, the opportunity for further progression and development is most certainly in place.

Salary – £38,000 - £46,500 FTE + NHS pension + 5.5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays excl.

Location – Bedford, Bedfordshire

Your role –

• Full-time or Part-time post– minimum 30 hours per week
• Work closely with GPs and Nursing team on patients with Chronic Conditions
• Primarily face-to-face appointments with patients
• Some involvement in treatment room nursing duties (smears, wound care, imms, etc.)
• No extended hours requirement
• Your own consulting room
• 20-30 minute appointments
• Primary care experience is essential
• Huge focus on the quality of care to patients, rather than trying to treat as many as possible
• Prescribing qualification not essential – will receive support on this
