Role Overview Sales Manager The Sales manager will be responsible for taking over and developing sales processes and commercial projects in the United Kingdom and Ireland, managing existing client relationships, and building long-terms partnerships with both current and prospective customers. Strong market knowledge, technical understanding, are highly desirable. The Sales Manager should currently work, or have previously worked and/or cooperated, with one of the following organizations: IHolland. Prodieco, Manesty, or Bosch Packaging or Syngenta and should demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives in order to generate new sales opportunities while expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives. The role is designed as an Independent B2B contractor engagement. The Contractor shall retain full discretion as to the method, timing. and manner of performing the services, subject only to agreed commercial objectives and market coverage expectations. The Contractor may continue to provide services to other non-competing clients during the term of the engagement. Unless required for specific customer demonstrations, product training, or access to intermal commercial documentation, the Contractor shall use their own equipment, communication tools, and business Infrastructure.
