What you''ll be doing as a Head Chef at The Hero:'' Take the lead in crafting seasonal, locally inspired menus and make use of the fresh produce provided by our local farm.'' Manage and inspire a team of kitchen professionals'' Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment'' Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.''
