You will support learners in developing essential academic, personal, and employability skills through a varied curriculum, including English and Maths Functional Skills, Life and Living Skills, Horticulture, Retail, and Employability programmes. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching across Entry Level 1 to Entry Level 3 programmes. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Functional Skills English and Maths. Support learners in developing life and living skills, independence, and preparation for adulthood. Deliver employability-focused learning, helping students develop workplace and social skills. Teach vocational subjects including Retail and Horticulture. Differentiate learning activities to meet individual learner needs and EHCP outcomes.
