Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking to strengthen their maintenance team with the addition of a proactive and motivated engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of manufacturing equipment within a clean and well-organised production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring machinery reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site.

The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance engineering experience gained within a manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar environment.

Both mechanically and electrically biased engineers are encouraged to apply, with training available to support further development.

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance of production machinery and equipment
• Reactive and breakdown maintenance
• Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Supporting machinery reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Days-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Person

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer position
• Maintenance experience within manufacturing, production, industrial, engineering, FMCG, recycling, utilities, water, field service, ex-forces, or similar environments
• Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding experience
• Engineering qualifications are beneficial but not essential
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach to work
