Senior Quality Engineer - Electronics Manufacturing An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, or Quality Systems Specialist to take full ownership of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) within a growing electronics design and manufacturing business. Working cross-functionally across RandD, Production, and Purchasing, you will drive process improvements, manage non-conformances, and maintain top-tier compliance for high-spec engineering clients. Key Responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Internal Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations; support external compliance audits. Engineering Change Control: Manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs / ECRs) and oversee controlled technical documentation. Root Cause Analysis and CAPA: Lead non-conformance investigations (NCR), customer returns (RMA), and implementation of CAPA using structured techniques (8D, 5-Why). Cross-Functional Quality Support: Collaborate directly with RandD, Electronics Production, and Purchasing to maintain high product reliability and client standards.
