BMS Project ManagerSalary: 60,000- 70,000 + Benefits Location: Nationwide (UK Travel Required) A leading Building Management Systems specialist is currently seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of high-value BMS projects across a range of commercial and industrial environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial contract award through to completion, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple BMS projects with values of up to 8 million from inception through to successful completion.Oversee project programmes, procurement, budgets, variations, valuations and commercial performance.Coordinate internal engineering teams, commissioning engineers, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and MandE contractors, maintaining strong working relationships.Review and manage technical documentation including control strategies, points schedules, panel designs and project submissions.Support commissioning activities, client demonstrations and final handover processes.Identify and resolve technical, commercial and programme-related issues to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure projects are delivered in line with health and safety, quality and company ..... full job details .....
