Senior MEP BIM Coordinator / BIM ManagerLocation: City of London, LondonWorking Pattern: Full-time, office-based (5 days per week)The OpportunityAn established building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager to join its London office.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BIM professional with a solid background in building services and extensive Revit experience to take on a key role within a specialist contractor, working on projects through the later stages of delivery.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM coordination and the practical challenges of delivering fully coordinated building services models. Candidates with a mechanical and electrical contractor background are particularly encouraged to apply. However, candidates looking to transition into later-stage project delivery, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop, will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support MEP BIM coordination across complex building services projects.Develop, manage and coordinate detailed Revit models to ensure accuracy and buildability.Work closely with project teams, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve coordination issues.Identify and manage clashes, ensuring practical and effective solutions are implemented.Support the delivery of coordinated models through the later stages of construction.Ensure BIM standards, workflows and ..... full job details .....
