Our client is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its London leadership team based in Uxbridge, North-West London, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This is much more than a standard commercial legal role. Description The role of Senior Legal Counsel will include: Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the FMCG sector. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the organisation''s interests. Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the business operates within legal boundaries. Manage legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate potential challenges. Support the business with intellectual property and data protection matters. Collaborate with external legal advisors when specialised expertise is required. Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on legal best practices. Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting the FMCG industry and advise accordingly.
