My high profile rail client is looking for an experienced senior quantity surveyor to join their exisiting team in Huddersfield.Suitable candidates will ideally have experience working within an Alliance.Responsibilities

Day to day management of the established Commercial team on multidisciplinary ProjectsContract/Commercial ManagementCost ManagementPrepare, validate and agreement of interim and final accountsPrepare monthly reportsComplete savings report for internal recordsRisk ManagementEstimatingContract Change ControlAttending / leading Commercial / Contract meetingsComply with Quality Management Systems, processes and proceduresCandidate Requirements

MRICS AccreditationDegree QualifiedNEC and or JCT Contract experienceStakeholder management skillsStrong negotiation skillsConfident communicatorProven experience working on large rail infrastructure projectsAdditional Information
