This setting provides a supportive learning environment and is committed to helping pupils build confidence, improve behaviour and achieve their potential. The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant on a temp to perm basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will support students with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom, helping to manage behaviour, encourage engagement and promote positive relationships.
