We are currently recruiting for an experienced 2391 Electrician to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor covering domestic properties across the area.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with testing and inspection experience looking for long-term, ongoing work within the social housing sector.

Your new role

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial works.
• Testing and inspection of domestic electrical installations.
• Completing certification and compliance documentation accurately.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current BS7671 regulations.
• Working professionally within tenants'' homes and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.

What you''ll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Previous experience within social housing, domestic maintenance, or property services.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
