Nursery Manager - LoughtonThis is a BRAND-NEW private day nursery due to open September 2026. This is a Montessori setting the cater to 120 children, we require a Montessori trained manager.This will be the 4th site opening by the organization that already has 3 sites in East London since 1991.Salary up to: £48,000 per annumMain Duties Plan and launch your new nursery Ensure compliance whilst adding value to children, parents and team Manage and coach a large team Deliver on the job training, guidance and support to the team Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents Be responsible for all planning and logistics, running the nursery routine, managing sufficient ratios and rotas Risk assess the nursery through the day, every day, and actioning; maintaining and critically assessing all policies, procedures and practice to drive improvements To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff. To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels To implement an effective parent liaison program, to be influential in developing strong links with parents To manage all day to day operations of the nursery Work occasional weekends for local marketing and experiential events to support the nursery launchDesirable Skills/Qualifications Hold a Montessori diploma At least 2 recent ..... full job details .....
