Document Controller

Role Overview My client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to support their project delivery teams by maintaining robust document control processes and leveraging project data for decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Dalux, and will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities System Coordination Collaborate with stakeholders to define system and operational requirements Document workflows, data flows, decision points, and integration with other systems Provide system support including training, resource allocation, and issue resolution Project Support and Data Management Offer analytical support to project teams, enhancing administrative workflows Manage and process contractor timesheets with accuracy Coordinate and conduct site inductions for new staff and contractors Analyse project data and produce visual reports to aid strategic decision-making Document Control and Compliance Manage document control systems including technical documentation, drawings, and correspondence Maintain document registers, ensuring accuracy and accessibility Prepare, compile, and close out Operations and Maintenance Manuals and Handover Documentation Distribute latest approved documents to relevant teams Ensure organized archiving and adherence to company documentation procedures Administrative and Office Support Handle communications, ..... full job details .....
