• Salary up to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Permanent, full-time position in Cambridge
• 39.25 hours per week, worked across five days

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will work alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality pastry, desserts and catering across a prestigious Cambridge college.

You will play an important role in maintaining consistently high food standards while ensuring the kitchen operates to excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.

• Preparing and producing a high standard of pastry, desserts and sweet dishes
• Supporting the wider kitchen team with the delivery of daily catering
• Maintaining consistent quality, presentation and portion control
• Working efficiently across a busy seven-day catering operation
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
• Working closely with senior chefs and colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen service
• Contributing to a professional, positive and well-organised kitchen environment
