Location: London, with UK travel and occasional overnight stays
Salary: Up to -43,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Call-Out: 1 in 10 weeks
Travel: Door-to-door paid at single rate
Overtime: Weekdays 1.25x, Saturdays 1.5x, Sundays and nightwork 2x
The Role
The role will mainly involve attending breakdowns and callouts, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and resolving faults on air conditioning systems.
The successful engineer will need to be confident working independently when required, while also being able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Planned preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems
Attending breakdowns and reactive callouts
Fault finding, repairs and servicing
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
Completing service reports and relevant paperwork
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
Working safely and following site procedures
About You
Strong experience in air conditioning service and maintenance
Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
F-Gas 2079 Category 1
CSCS ACRIB card preferred
Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Flexible approach to travel and occasional overnight stays
Good communication skills and professional approach
