Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager. The role: Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined geographical territory within the Swindon area. The primary focus of the role is to generate new business by promoting the companies comprehensive portfolio of waste services to both prospective and existing clients. The successful applicant will benefit from dedicated appointment-setting support, but must also demonstrate confidence and initiative in prospecting, including through cold calling and door-to-door canvassing.
