Key Duties Leadership and Team Development Provide day-to-day support, direction, and technical guidance to a team of fire alarm engineers. Promote a positive working environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Assist with recruitment activities, inductions, training plans, and employee development. Conduct performance reviews and address operational or personnel issues where required. Mentor engineers and support the development of junior staff.
