This role offers exposure to a wide range of property litigation matters, alongside the chance to influence legal processes and support the business as it adapts to ongoing changes in property management legislation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and represent the business and clients in First Tier Tribunal (FTT) applications, including preparing cases, submitting applications/defences, and attending hearingsHandle County Court litigation (Small Claims and lower track) from inception to conclusionInstruct and manage external solicitors and counsel where requiredWork closely with internal teams to identify, manage, and de-escalate disputes and complaintsMentor and support junior team members within the wider legal functionAbout YouProven experience in residential property litigation and dispute resolutionExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsDesirable ExperienceQualified Solicitor or Legal ExecutiveInterested?
