Renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, the firm plays a leading role in the financial services industry.DescriptionAdministration of deceased accounts, including the request of probate valuationsAdministration of account closures, including the calculation and deduction of closing feesAllocating valid W-8 forms to accounts and chasing expired documentationPeriodic review of provider signatory listsAll types of static data amendmentsClient and provider paymentsInitial ISA subscriptionsInternal client journalsSetting up regular payment / standing orders / income sweepsDeducting ad hoc charges such as custody, financial adviser, management, valuation fees etc.Deal with all client administration and internal/external queries within our agreed service levelScreening anti money laundering "AML" documentation for all types of accounts: GIA/ISAs/Pensions/OPBs/Trusts etc.ProfileA successful Operations Officer should have:A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.Exposure to ISA productsExperience of Wealth Management data2-3 years experience within Financial Services industryJob OfferA competitive salary in the range of 35000 - 40000An inclusive and supportive ..... full job details .....
