This role focuses on enabling effective ways of working, improving delivery performance, and ensuring strong collaboration across Product, Design, and Engineering. You will bring strong Agile experience within software product environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Exposure to AI or recent training in the field would be a strong advantage.
