Key Responsibilities As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of projects and ensuring financial objectives are achieved while supporting operational delivery teams.Key duties include: Managing all commercial aspects of allocated projects and work streams. Producing cost reports, forecasts, valuations and financial reconciliations. Managing variations, change control and contractual matters.
