Weandrsquo;re recruiting for an experienced Chef Manager or Executive Head Chef to lead the catering operation at a prestigious independent school in the City of London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, hands-on senior chef to take ownership of a high-quality food operation, leading a professional kitchen team and delivering fresh, seasonal and creative food to pupils, staff and guests.

The Role

Youandrsquo;ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation, combining strong culinary leadership with effective people and operational management.

• Deliver fresh, seasonal and high-quality food across the school.
• Develop creative menus that meet nutritional, dietary and allergen requirements.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health andamp; safety and compliance.
• Oversee catering for school events, functions and hospitality.

About You

Weandrsquo;re looking for an accomplished Chef Manager, Executive Head Chef or Senior Chef with experience leading a high-quality catering operation.

Youandrsquo;ll ideally have experience within independent schools,andnbsp; Bandamp;I, or hotelsandnbsp;together with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering excellent food at volume.

Youandrsquo;ll be:

• A confident and inspirational culinary leader.
• Hands-on and passionate about fresh, seasonal food.
• Commercially aware, with strong knowledge of budgets, stock and GP.
