We are looking for someone who: Has significant experience working with children with SEND.Possesses a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices.Ideally has experience with SEND paperwork, referrals, and liaising with outside professionals.SENCO qualification preferred, but experienced applicants without will be considered.Is organised, approachable, and committed to inclusion.
