Covering 3 sites only in the Mile End area, London.

 

I am currently representing an excellent building services company who are in need of Semi Static Air Conditioning / Refrigeration maintenance engineer to be operating across 3 campuses

As a company they are over 150 strong as a group with a mixture of engineers within different disciplines from heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical and General MandE maintenance.

 

Site cluster:

 

All sites are within 1 square mile of each other within Mile End/Whitechapel in London.

In this role You will be looking after a cluster of sites carrying out visual checks and reactive maintenance on: 

 

VRV''s, VRF''s, Splits, Multi SPlits, AHU’s, Humidifiers, Temperature control monitoring, Fan Coil Units, Pumps and Motors, General Mechanical PPM’S

 

Must be NVQ Level 2 Qualified as a minimum standard. 

 

Package

- £40 to 45k Basic
- Van, fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone and training provided
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with half hour lunch
- Private use of van allowed
- Overtime available
- Call Out mandatory on 1 in 7 basis and with £200 per week retainer and paid x1.5 door to door
- SSP
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Engineer provides own hand tools
- Company Pension Scheme in place
- 6-month probation
- Pay weekly or monthly to suit
- Immediate start / will wait for right candidate.
