You will deliver tailored teaching and support to help pupils access learning, achieve their potential, and develop key communication, social and life skills.About the Role: Deliver tailored teaching and support to pupils with special educational needs, including non-verbal learners.Plan and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), using appropriate and alternative communication strategies where required.Create an inclusive, engaging and supportive classroom environment in collaboration with support staff and wider school teams.Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback to the SENCO and relevant teaching staff.Promote independence, communication and social interaction, supporting pupils to develop key life and learning skills.
