Our client, a leading steel distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their team. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading wagons, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operating FLT counterbalance equipment safely and proficiently.
• Operating overhead gantry crane where required.
• Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining inventory records.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• General warehousing duties.
• Working as a team to hit delivery deadlines.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and transport essential.
• FLT counterbalance licence is preferred.
• Experience with overhead gantry crane operation is preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work rotating shifts: 06:00-1400, 14:00-22:00.
