We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming civils and infrastructure project in Carlisle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining programme delivery throughout the project.

This role would suit somebody with previous experience delivering civils, infrastructure, EV charging, utilities, highways, energy or related projects.

Essential Requirements

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshal
• Strong Civils Site Management experience

Preferred Requirements

• EV Infrastructure experience
• IOSH Managing Safely
• NVQ Level 6 Construction Management
• Black CSCS Card

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day site management
• Managing subcontractors and site activities
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Site documentation and reporting
• Client and stakeholder liaison
• Coordinating works to programme
• Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings
