Principal Electrical Engineer
You will have a strong background in building services design, excellent site knowledge, and a genuine passion for working with existing buildings, then this is the perfect role for you. Role and Responsibilities:

As part of the newly formed ''Operational Assets'' team, you will be helping to maximise the value and operational efficiency of buildings, designing for people, not just assumptions.
As a Principal Electrical Engineer in a hybrid role based, you will have a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact. Your key responsibilities will involve running your own projects from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, and driving projects forward. Day-to-day activities will include a blend of design work for reconfigurations and refurbishments, conducting site surveys and investigations, and contributing to long-term strategic decarbonisation frameworks.
 
What you''ll need:
·Experience as a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer.
·A strong background in building services design for existing buildings.
·Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
·Proven experience conducting site surveys and investigations.
·A deep interest in decarbonisation, net-zero strategies, and data analysis.
·Experience within the property consultancy sector is highly advantageous.
·An appreciation for mechanical engineering principles.
