Reporting to the Head, you will provide a comprehensive HR service across the school, supporting both teaching and support staff. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, safeguarding compliance, HR policy development, and day-to-day advisory work, ensuring best practice and alignment with current employment legislation.
