The Role As a Safety Professional, you''ll take ownership of health, safety, environmental and risk management across multiple construction projects. You''ll work closely with project teams, clients, contractors and senior management to ensure the highest standards of compliance and operational safety. Key Responsibilities Lead health and safety across multiple construction projects. Develop and implement Construction Phase Plans. Support Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes. Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring. Advise clients, contractors and project teams on health and safety best practice. Investigate incidents and produce reports, including RIDDOR reporting where required. Review RAMS, permits to work and site safety documentation. Deliver health and safety briefings and training. Promote a positive safety culture throughout the business. Keep up to date with UK health and safety legislation and industry best practice.
