Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 6 to maintain the completeness and accuracy of the SAP accounts. Co-ordinate and oversee each period end close, ensuring timely production of management account data, standard reports, and balance sheet reviews. Oversee balance sheet and intercompany management, including related recharges. Manage relationships with auditors and lead preparation for group and statutory accounts audits. Maintain and develop finance system structure, utilizing SAP, Cognos, and Navision to meet evolving reporting needs. Embed process excellence and document all systems and controls to ensure best practices are followed.
