You’ll enjoy a balance of consults and surgeries with the option to explore your own clinical interests.Salary up to £75,000 DOE. Welcome bonus up to £10,000. Relocation allowance up to £5,000. Role and Location

Based In Cwmbran , our practice is

100% small animal

with a varied caseload and strong clinical team. Sanders Vets is conveniently located with access to local amenities and parks for a balanced day.

Work Pattern

Full-time (4 days/week) with 2 days of ops and 2 days of consults – 6:30pm finishPart-time hours – flexible and family-friendly to suit your scheduleSaturdays: 1 in 3 rota (9:00am – 12:00pm)No OOH and no bank holidaysOption to pick up additional locum shifts at our OOH partner, Vets Now in Newport

4 consult rooms, including a dedicated discharge/euthanasia roomDouble operating theatre – ideal for new grads learning in theatreSpacious prep roomSeparate kennels and catteryDental suite, imaging room (ultrasound, endoscope, X-ray)IDEXX in-house lab machines

Team and Development

4 experienced Vets with certificates in Feline Medicine and Ophthalmology (in progress) and Advanced Practitioner statusSpecial interests in Cardiology and Diagnostic Ultrasound6 RVNs with certifications in Veterinary Consulting, Feline Medicine, AnaesthesiaOne RVN working towards Feline Behaviour certs; one Dog TrainerStrong mentorship and support culture1 Veterinary Care Assistant; 3 Receptionists + 1 Admin; Practice Manager
