About the Role:

• Assisting pupils during lessons by supporting both academic progress and behaviour
• Providing individual or small group support to maintain attention and participation
• Helping teachers with delivering lessons and managing the classroom effectively
• Flexibly adjusting to various school settings and student age ranges
• Encouraging a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student feels valued

The ideal candidate will:

• Previous involvement supporting children or young people, whether in educational settings, youth programs, or care roles
• A patient, composed, and encouraging approach
• Ability and willingness to adapt to various schools and age ranges with confidence
• A heartfelt commitment to fostering student success
• Current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or readiness to undergo the application process
