About the Role:
- Assisting pupils during lessons by supporting both academic progress and behaviour
- Providing individual or small group support to maintain attention and participation
- Helping teachers with delivering lessons and managing the classroom effectively
- Flexibly adjusting to various school settings and student age ranges
- Encouraging a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student feels valued
The ideal candidate will:
- Previous involvement supporting children or young people, whether in educational settings, youth programs, or care roles
- A patient, composed, and encouraging approach
- Ability and willingness to adapt to various schools and age ranges with confidence
- A heartfelt commitment to fostering student success
- Current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or readiness to undergo the application process
