Lead data-driven initiatives to support business decision-making across domains such as Financial Reporting, Product Analysis, Onboarding Funnels, Customer Activity and Churn, and Sales Performance.Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business questions into analytical problems.Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics, including onboarding drop-off rates, automation success, and product performance.Develop and maintain scalable data models and pipelines, promoting self-service analytics and ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.Work cross-functionally with data engineering and product teams to improve data infrastructure and tooling (e.g., Amplitude, Snowflake).Build predictive models to forecast performance against budget and actuals.Analyse both internal and external data to uncover opportunities for optimization and innovation across multiple countries, customer segments, and products.Promote a data-informed culture by enabling non-technical stakeholders through training and self-service tooling.Your Story
5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles, ideally with exposure to fintech, banking, or payments.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau (or equivalent).Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and ETL pipelines.Experience working with Snowflake and/or AWS tools (e.g., Redshift, S3, SageMaker).Familiarity with Git for version control and DBT for data transformation.Proven ability to manage complex datasets and deliver clear, strategic insights to non-technical audiences.Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience across cross-functional teams.Ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Nice-to-have
Skills in Python for data analysis and machine learning (e.g., forecasting, time-series).Familiarity with tools like Amplitude for product analytics.Prior experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.Experience with customer onboarding funnels and CDD/KYC domains.The Perks
