Your new role Based in Cookstown, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of major construction projects, primarily located in the UK. You will oversee the full financial lifecycle of each scheme, from early cost planning and procurement through to contract administration and final account. The role involves regular collaboration with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Due to the location of key projects, the position requires one overnight stay per week in the UK.
