Production Operative (Experienced Assembly Focus) Mid Kent Site (Reporting to East Kent Depot) £17.00 £18.00 per hour (depending on experience) Monday to Friday 39 hours per week Temp to Perm Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business. This role will be based at their Mid Kent site, while reporting into their East Kent depot. It is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-driven individual with a proven background in assembly work, looking for long-term progression within a supportive and quality-focused environment. The position will begin in an Assembly Operative capacity, where you will be responsible for learning the full build and inspection process of manufactured products.
