Lead mechanical and electrical project delivery across leisure and housing capital programmesOversee planning, procurement, contractor management, and on-site executionEnsure compliance with technical standards, health and safety, and council governanceCollaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to meet programme milestonesProvide strategic input into capital investment planning and risk mitigationRequirements / Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related disciplineExtensive experience in construction project management, ideally within public sector capital programmesStrong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in leisure or housing environmentsProven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teamsChartered status (MIMechE) desirable or pending
