The business is known for developing engineers internally and offering clear long-term career pathways. The Role Working within a manufacturing environment, you''ll support both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Mechanical Maintenance, helping to ensure equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out mechanical PPMs on production and manufacturing equipment Assisting with mechanical breakdowns and fault-finding Working on components such as bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects Working closely with senior engineers to develop technical capability This is a Sunday to Thursday, 7am-3pm shift, offering consistent hours and work-life balance.
