Bids and Business Development Manager

Opportunity to join a reputable Architecture studio in Central London as a Bids and Business Development Manager. This is a key hire for the business and a role that is centred around driving new business opportunities through client engagement, market research and bids. Example responsibilities include: Identifying new business opportunities and developing BD strategies Creation of a CRM system to track relationships, leads and tender opporunities Attend industry events and networking sessions Lead coordination, prep and submissions of bids and tender Maintaining and developing a bid library Collaboration with internal teams to align BD effort with company marketing strategies The company offer hybrid working opportunities and a host of competitive benefits including private medical insurance, 5% pension, income protection, season ticket loans, gym discounts and flexible working.
