Salary: £90 - £150 (DOE) About the Higher Level Teaching Teaching Assistant role: As a HLTA, you will split your time between leading whole classes and delivering targeted support. Your primary responsibility will be covering scheduled PPA time and short-term teacher absences, ensuring high-quality lesson delivery. When not covering classes, you will champion pupil progress by leading small-group interventions.
